Commercial Concepts Announces Successful Completion of Second Tranche of Funding
SALT LAKE CITY, Sept. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Commercial Concepts, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CMEC - news; ``CCI'') announced today the successful funding of a $250,000, 6% convertible note due September 8, 2003 to a private investment group. This note is the second tranche of the previously announced $6.5 million dollar equity line of credit that has been secured by the Company.

George Richards, President and CEO of Commercial Concepts, commented: ``This ongoing support allows us to concentrate on finalizing our product development and commercial rollout, thereby expediting revenue generation. This funding is a vote of confidence in the Company and its products from a sophisticated international investment organization.''

The Company has moved its Web site to LMKI, Inc., a DSL-based ISP. The Company's Web site (www.cmecut.com) and e-mail had been inoperative for approximately two weeks. The initial cause was a sustained service breakdown by the Company's previous internet service provider (ISP). The Company's e-mail and Web site are now fully functioning.

Additionally, the Company has been made aware that some of its shareholders did not receive their proxy ballots with their copies of the annual report and annual shareholders meeting proxy statement. Because some mailings to shareholders were sent too late for full participation in the shareholders' meeting held September 5, 2000, the Company kept open until October 16, 2000 the tally for proxy votes. Unfortunately, the distribution agent for Commercial Concepts elected to withhold the proxy ballot and insert an ``Information Only'' notice in its place. Commercial Concepts, Inc., has notified the distribution agent of its error and a proxy ballot is being mailed to shareholders for their vote.

Commercial Concepts, Inc.

The Company's products and services are based on Internet-related database driven software. The three principal products include CCI Picture Base©, The Wave Network© and X-Card©. Picture Base is a patent pending medical imaging software that captures and stores a variety of images. The Wave Network is a customized screen saver that disseminates host information while generating revenues through local and national advertising. These revenues are shared between the host and the Company. The Company is targeting three distinct host markets: non-profit organizations (schools, charities, and community groups), corporations (that have large intra-company communication needs), and commercial (sports franchises, theme parks, fan clubs). X-Card is an affordable ``multi media brochure'' delivered on a shaped compact disc (CD). Additional information is available at www.cmecut.com. Those interested in receiving e-mails of future press releases can register on the Company's Web site.

  CMEC "WAVE SCREEN" REVENUES ESTIMATE:

3200 in just 1 month from 3 schools. using those numbers for 74 schools I come up with $720,000 in revenue in just 1 yr for this account only on a 50/50 split. not bad numbers.

Companies would pay BIG bucks to get their banner adds onto the screens in side of schools and also in large and small companies.
90 local advertisers and 90 national advertisers per screen (maximum capacity)
          Future Plans include
          *Shopping Program
          *Coupon Program
