When I was in charge of the Proton RPMC we built full-scale bumper fascias (Mitsubishi Gallant-sized) out of Somos 8100 that were subsequently used in aerodynamic testing and actually bolted on a vehicle and driven about town.
Also, a 1:8 scale "body-in-white" car model was built in SL5410.
