     Dear Elaine,
     
      Is there any reason why you couldn't use DiamondBLACK instead? It's
     harder that Titanium Carbide (TiC) Rockwell "C" 89-92, DiamondBLACK is
     94-95 "C".
     
     Diamondblack (Nano-crystalline B4C)
     
     I have more information if your interested.
