LOM1015 laser problem

Dear list.

I am having a problem with the laser of LOM 1015 machine.
It begins to cut a layer and in the middle of the process does not cut
continuous lines.
It just dot the perimeter of the part. After a few layers doesn't cut
the crosshatches either the part area. I reinstall the LOMslice but the
problem still exists. The problem appears in all the STL files.

I will appreciate any information.
