I am doing a short (very short) update at NPE (National Plastics Exposition) on rapid tooling for small plastic parts for the Society of Plastics Engineers Product Design and Development Division. While I am familiar with many of the processes, (Rapid Steel II, KelTool, CNC, epoxy/composite, SPM, LENS, POMS, etc.) I want to make sure that I cover all the commercialized techniques sold in the United States at the present time.
