If it is thin enough our DuraForm is both flexible and medical grade. DuraForm
is USP Level VI certified for in vivo exposure for up to 24 hours after a simple
steam sterilization. Many service bureaus run this material.

Subject: Medical test prototypes

I am working on a the design of a medical device which is used in the human
mouth and throat. Part of it consists of a flexible tube with an oval
cross-section. I need to find someone who can make one or two prototypes from a
medical-grade silicone or urethane. Any leads would be appreciated. Please
reply directly to me at leo_radovich@pdmfg.com instead of rp-ml@ltk.hut.fi.

Thanks!
