Terry,

As someone else wrote, perhaps you need to reword your question.

Best is in the eye of the beholder. And is very subjective. It is
also limiting because not everyone has an unlimited budget and
has only used one type of tool.

Perhaps you need to ask which tool(s) you use and what are their
strengths/weaknesses.
