Hi Alex:

You may consider our PC2000 / G2000 water clear rigid polyurethane system. It
has a pot life of 4-6 minutes and de-molding time of 30-45 minutes. Below are
some of its mechanical properties:

Density g/ml 1.00 - 1.04
Shore Hardness @ 77° F D 78 - 82
Max. recommended operating temperature ° F 140
Flexural strength psi 9,000 - 10,000
Maximum strain % 12 - 14
Flexural elastic modulus psi 200,000 - 240,000
Tensile strength psi 6,500 - 7,000
Elongation % 7 - 8
Compressive strength psi 9,000 - 10,000
