Hi  Doug,

I use Corel 8 to convert bitmaps to dxf output. It has a function called OCR trace. Basically it traces the edges of the bitmaps and outputs them in a vector format. It doesn't always work the best but it gives you a starting point to rebuild. I use it to convert logos into a cad format. I'd be happy to try a file out for you.
