I have a problem because I have no electronic version at present. What I
can propose is to fax a copy to everyone who is interested in, or if it is
possible for you to wait for a week, I can scan the final paper, but the
size of the file should be very big (the original version I sent before
reviewing of the english langage was 11 Mo size...
Please let me know what should be better for everyone !
