The most robust process for functional prototypes is SLS DuraForm GF. It's
30% glass filled.

Subject: Plastic Prototypes

Hello Folks!

I have a costumer that needs a prototype for tests.
The prototype properties must be close from final
product properties, like materail and strengh. It
should be in PC for injection molding (the final
product will be made in injected PC). Anyone could
help me to chose a process that give this
requirements. The bureaus of RP, near from my city,
work with FDM, SLA and SLS.

Any help will be welcome.
thanks,

Francisco
