Sorry to reply to this question a bit late. I was away from office. In
addition to Prof. Chartoff's papers, Dr. onuh and Prof. Hon of the University
of Liverpool Rapid Prototyping centre have done some interesting works on the
warpage. The following references may help.

1. Onuh & Hon " Application of Taguchi method and new hatcht styles for
quality improvement in stereolithography producta" Journal of Engineering
manufacture IMECHE Part B Vol. 212/6 pp 461-472. (1998).
2. Onuh & Hon " Optimising build parameters for improved surface finish in
stereolithography" International journal of Machine tools & Manufacture.
Vol.38/4 pp. 329-342. (1998).
3. Onuh & Hon "An experimental investigation into the effect of hatch pattern
in stereolithography". Annals of CIRP Vol. 47/1 pp.157-160 (1998).
4. Onuh & Hon "Optimising build parameters for part accuracy in
stereolithography" Proc. 8th Annual SFF Symposium. pp.653-660. (1997).

Cheers

Matthew
