3d scanning

Hi,

I'm looking for a place that do some 3d scaning of small panels (4" x 4" )
that have fairly shallow surface relief. I have an ongoing series of things
to be scanned and I'm looking for a place that is vaguely affordable.
Location isn't so important although anywhere in Canada would be great.
