Contact Kevin McHugh, INEEL, at kmm4@inel.gov (208-525-5713). He has sprayed
tool steel on ceramic patterns to make dies using the Rapid Spray Process
(RSP) he developed.

Hach Company has the first commercial installation of RSP. Bob Hewson,
Hach, gave a joint presentation with Kevin McHugh at the SME RP&M '99
Conference. Hach is using RSP to build P-20 prototype tools.
