Jeff,
Any program that can perform a "TRACE CURVES" function on a raster
file to create a vector file format would work. Corel Draw can do it
as well as most of the artist programs that I have seen. I'm not sure
about Photo Shop but I think it can do it too. I've done this on
several occasions to take digital photos into CAD to add logos to
objects for RP.
PS. The first time I did it was with WordPerfect Draw...

Please forgive if this has been answered. Is there a translator
that will take BMP files and convert it into an IGES or DXF file? Any help
is greatly appreciated.
