Dear sir
I have been taking the experiments , using SLA 250
and Cibatool SL5170 resin
I am In Ho Cho , BA candidate , Pusan National
University in Korea .
Can I ask questionare about the resin ?
1. When I pour SL 5170 resin on the hydrophillic
surface ,
I found that the wettability is better than on
the hydrophobic surface .
So I thoght the resin character is hydrophillic .
what the components in the 5170 resin make such a
phenomon ?
whtat are the wettability characters of the
SL5170 resin ?
Is it true that SL 5170 is more wettable on the
hydrophillic than hyrophobic surface ?
2. Whenever spining the resin on the hyrophillic
surface ,
many fine bubble were found in thinly-spun-on
resin .
above method is simillar to the spin coating
usually used in the PR spin coating
How do you think I coud deal with fine bubble
problem ?
I don't know why the many fine bubble forms in
the resin ,
though I didn't find any of bubbls in the resin
before spining on .
I tried many experiments to remove the bubbles.
- to decrease the viscousity ,
A. 5 % methylalcohol added in the resin
B. heating the resin
C. One more trial was done .
Heating and swirling the resin to
remove the intrinsic resin .
Such a trial seemed like so effective .
but after spin coating the resin ,
cooled resin formed fine bubbles again.
These 3 trials is no benifit to remove the bubble
Finally I expected the anwer to remove the
bubble is in the resin .
3. Can I get the thermal properties of the SL resin
especially 5170 resin .
Pease , anwer all the question .
Please , if not possible , show me the another way to
solve the problem.
Thank you .
Sincerely
In Ho Cho
