I have a part that is approx. 9.5 inches long, 1 inch high at the highest
point, and should be able to go with a mold that is a straight pull. The
customer wants the part made from Delrin, if possible glass filled Delrin,
in volumes of 125 to 150 pieces total. The material must be Delrin, the
part must be injection molded, and the tolerances are typical for the
process. Cosmetics are not a concern.
I have a 2D print, Pro/E database or IGES file available.
Anyone willing to take a shot at it?
