If so, who carves them?
Sounds like it might be a good fit for artistically modified 3d scanning and
then CNC milling or RP fabrication.

Lifelike, faithfull duplication in cultured stone of the CEO or Board of
Directors might make for an interesting sales tool for the RP vendors.
I've seen far stranger give-aways.
