Ben,
You can do 3D reconstructions with Velocity2 Pro from CT, MRI and
X-Ray data sets. These reconstruction can then be exported as a STL file
or IGES contours. STL files can be worked with in a good polygonal
modeler or IGES contours can be lofted in a NURBS modeler. If you are
not looking for very detailed files you can also purchase some
generalized files from Viewpoint Data Labs at www.viewpoint.com. I hope
