[help] Import STL files into UG or Auto CAD ?

Hi RP list,

Are there anyone have an idea how to import the *. STL file into
AutoCAD (or UG , ect ) and the final result is to get a solid model
in AutoCAD (or UG, etc.) ?
I would like to use a strong CAD packages ( AutoCAD or UG or ect.) to
do some CAD operations on my STL files such as Boolean operations,
rotate, scale, move, offset ...etc.
