Dear RPs and ceramic experts,

I am looking for some optical properties of silicon carbide at the wavelength
of 10.6µm (Co2-Laser).
Especially the refraction index and the absorption coefficient (alpha) are of
interest. It is possible to calculate the values for other wavelengths e.g.
http://www-cxro.lbl.gov/optical_constants/getdb.html
but not for the 10,6µm (~0,117eV)? There are also no values available in
Landoldt/Boernstein.
Any ideas?
