What type of data is in these files? Are they cross sections of a 3D
model,
or are you trying to convert photographs into a 3D model, or ??

FYI, the ModelWorks software for the ModelMaker machines from Sanders
Prototype will read in DXF files containing 3DFACE elements and write
out
STL files. It will also accept slice data.
