.005" thick and 2-3mm long. Most of these sections are connected to
sections that are .015" thick. The parts are all under 2" square ( they are
pieces of jewelry ). We use an Arburg 228-20 (?). The molds are 2.5" X
3.5". Alot of material is pushed into these cavities relative to the size
of parts. Packing the mold is one of the "tricks" to getting these babies
to fill. You should see the dieseling in these molds!!!!
