Hi Elaine!
We do a considerable amount of thermoforming off RP parts. We have used SLA,
LOM and FDM. We drill holes in the models for suction. The SLA models are
shelled and back-filled for support. The FDM models are porous to begin with,
and therefore, do not need the extra step.
