Marshall and all,

I raised this issue with one of the 3D Sales Manager recently. I was
advised that they were restricted from participating in the rp-ml other than
monitoring. The reason offered related to not wanting to be preceived as a
typical vendor wanting to use the forum for sales purposes. But I agree
that someone from technical services should offer input, solutions or
something to the SLA250 operators upgrading to Lightyear. If it were me, I
would contact Mark Abshire at 3D. I know he helped out with the software's
development and as many of you know, he was a long-time SLA user before
joining 3D.
