     We use "cutters, bits, mills, inserts, electrodes..." to remove
     material in a subtractive process and the industry in general does not
     demand that there be a single defining term other than "Machining"
     
     Why argue over terminology to describe a process that adds or applies
     material in and additive manufacturing process?
     
     If you insist on a single term, I personally like "Rapadd"
