Roger -

We changed to the mm/dd/yyyy format more than 6 months ago for a completely
unrelated reason. It has caused absolutely no problems with Excel, Word, or
anything else, and gives all of our people the assurance of knowing which
century they are dealing with. I still recommend the change.
