3D Systems can provide you with machine operation training.
There are other skills that are helpfull and/or necessary if you wish
to make good use of the SLA-250. It all depends on what other skills
are available at the facility in question.
Who will create the STL files to be prototyped? Existing staff or You?
Who will (Post Process) clean up and remove supports, sand, assemble
and paint the parts you make?
Is there anyone there who is familiar with the vast array of secondary
processes that you can use RP parts for?
Just a few questions to ask...

Hi List,
Some friends recently purchased an SLA-250 and are considering me as an
operator. I have reasonable computer skills and some CAD experience
(Cadkey98). Given the absence of a knowledgeable operator, what would be
the best way to go about learning to operate this machine?
