booth salesmanship

I think that coming out of all the discussion is a strong statement that
booth personnel at the RP&M needed to pay more attention to all prospects.
I heard that salespeople did not have the professionalism and savvy that we
all expected, and many groups of people were ignored or treated badly.

Going forward, all of us involved need to make sure that exhibitors get some
feedback and more training. And, when all else fails, we have to take our
money elsewhere when we do not get the questions answered before the sale.
