I recently saw a demonstration of CadKey 98 where a solid model was
converted to an STL file and then reconstructed from the STL file.

I would like know if I can obtain the surfaces starting from a STL file.
I wont to modify the model in I-deas.
I know convert a solid model into a meshed model, but, can I do the
inverse?.
