SLA surface texturing

I saw a recent rp-mail about a company in the States offering a service
which paints SLA models, then chemically etches them to produce a grain
effect, for subsequent tooling. Does anybody know if there any
companies in the UK who offer this type of etching service, rather than
ones who can lay on pre-formed sheet grain?
