Service Bureau costs?

I am doing some research on the costs associated with stereolithography. On
top of the cost of the machine, resin, and maintenance, are there any other
fees such as software licences associated with running a service bureau? If
so, could someone let me know the approximate annual costs. A breakdown of
the costs would be very helpful.
