New methods to SLS Nylon surface finish

Hi,

I'm currently working on a project to improve the surface finish of the SLS
products. This is because the products will be used as master models for
vacuum casting.

Basically, I need the vacuum cast product to have a glossy finish. The
usual method of wet sanding takes alot of time (a luxury that I do not have).

If anyone out there knows of the other methods of getting good surface
finish please mail me. Thank you.
