David,

I did a presentation, Does RP Make Sense for Industrial Design?, four
years ago that might still be partially useful for you, but, alas, I had only
one slide in there showing a simple schematic of one process,
stereolithography, since the meetings where I presented were attended by people who
mostly knew what RP was. The electronic version of my slides, wherever it
is, is not in PowerPoint, although I still have the original 35mm slides
here in my office, and the info is based on a survey of Silicon Valley
design firms, which might not be representative of other regions, but I could
loan them to you or, if I happen to be travelling your way, perhaps even
help out with your presentation.

I am surprised, however, that you can't find good material on all the RP
machine vendor Web sites.

In any case, I'd be happy to help out. When and where is your
presentation?
