Perhaps the answer would be to require all emails to the rp-ml be in plain
text format (this should be selectable in your mail program). MIME or HTML
capable mail programs send a file attachment to their messages, which is
just a repeat of the text within the message in HTML or some other format.
Switching to plain text only should cure this, unless the emails are
reformatted by an internal mail server before hitting the internet.
