You are pushing the limit for present sla machines. Recently, we successfuly
fabricated an array of holes 20 mills on center with diameter of 15 mills on
one of our smaller machines. The wall thickness between holes was near 5
mills. The part passed a go-nogo test with a 13 mill rod. AAROFLEX, Inc.
fabricated a similar part you desire, but the accuracy was different on the X
side of the square as opposed to the Y side of the square. The X is 1000
counts per inch and the Y is 1750 counts per inch. Another item is the
temperature. RPC has a glass transition of 81 C. While Dupont has a glass
transition of 86 C with a Heat Deflection Temperature of 102 C. AAROFLEX, Inc.
will run a test run for you to demonstrate the results if you think this data
may be acceptable to you. We can double the accuracy and reduce the spot size
by reducing the focal length from 50" to 25" for a small platform. I can
demonstrate this to you if the volume can justify such a change to a machine.

Good Luck,
