can RP make the following?

Just what is the best overall accuracy one can expect from any RP system
today?

I want to make a part that is as large as 14" by 3"to 4" with a highly
curved surfaces. It must be made of a silica based material and hold
overall tolerance of 30-45th. The process must not distort very small
features.

Send me technical details on your process, materials, and time requirements.
I could care less where this process is located or who the vendor is. I
need accurate results.

If no process exists...is anyone working on a system that will deliver the
above requirements and how soon will it be available either in alpha, beta,
or commercial form?
