Hi, Jack:

We have done a lot of experiments on EDM electrodes fabrication using RP
techniques. We first tried plating copper upon an SL master and the
feasibility depends on the plating quality, especially an enough thick
plating distributed on the entire surface of the master. Now ae are doing
electroforming EDM electrodes which seems to be viable and succsseful.
