On thin walled or fragile Actua parts cotton balls work well. I have
received parts in 2 boxes. the first box is filled with foam peanuts,
then in this box is another box has the Actua part in it packed in
with cotton balls. This seems to work well. The newer material
ships alot better than previous. also coating the parts with
Plasti-dip clear spray helps make them much stronger for shipping.
