Gary - You may want to speak to Salim Kahn at Shellcast foundries in Montreal,
Canada. They have been producing large (40" long), thin-walled RP castings
even before there was a Quickcast (since '89). I don't think they've made
anything down to .030 from an RP pattern, but they have done .040 - .045.
