Jody: Firstly, we produce prototype precision cast useable parts in any
ferrous or nonferrous alloy from patterns build by a layering process by our
"Direct RP Process". It is economical for a few parts. Secondly, for more
than a few we prototype the injection mold from which we mold patterns from
which we produce precision cast parts at less cost per part by our "Indirect
RP Process." It is economical for say a few hundred parts. Lastly, we use
CNC manufactured Production Molds, to produce patterns from which we
manufacture precision cast parts, for best economy and part quality, but it
takes longer. Regards, Tom Richards, Metallurgist
