you've got your lists confused! I actually posted the US air force RP URL to

Regarding costing, here in Australia we have insurance coverage for cranial
implants we manufacture using SLA BioModels and BioPart implant masters. The
actual biomodels are not covered, but some private patients have had some
costs recovered for biomodelling on occasion. Otherwise, the patient just
wears the cost. Fortunately, alot of the work we do is for public (government)
hospitals, and as such the hospital or health service pays for the biomodel or
implant. The hospital executives seem not to mind as long as the requesting
surgeon asks the hospital for it in writing or via a hospital purchase order.
We've also been doing some work recently for a children's hospital in the UK
which has their Local Health Authority paying us for the biomodels and
implants.
