Going for the record of longevity is all very nice and saves money on
replacement, but as the laser degrades, your build speed will degrade
also. If you have a high throughput on your machines, then it is often
necessary to strike a balance between replacing your worn laser and
losing the residual value against the reduced costs of a faster build
and increased throughput.

Hi,

The question for today. What is the average laser life of a high power
Coherent laser?
I have been told that the 7300 hours on our laser is a record. I don't
beleave that! How
many people have tried Laser Innovations?

Thanks,
Jim
