     I'm suprised that no one from Stratysis suggested using an FDM machine
     for this.
     
     You could make the feed material contain the thread of your choice in
     a water soluble fusable binder.
     
     Then you only have to create a custom weave pattern and trace only the
     boundry of a scanned human body and you have instant clothing.
     
     They must of course be pre-washed to be soft and flexible.

hi list,

i will like to solicit some feedback from you moulding professionals
out there about injection moulding.

1) has anyone tried to inject "wearable" materials such as nylon,
polystyrene etc. into a mould before?
     
2) will this material after moulded be still soft and comfortable to wear?
     
3) if yes or possible, what type of materials(for clothing oneself) are
suitable for injection moulding?
