Due to the number of requests for this presentation, I have uploaded the
files to the University of Alabama at Huntsville engineering web server
(i.e. my web page).

(1) It's option number 3 - read the disclaimer underneath.
(2) "right click" on the hyperlink with the mouse
(3) choose the option labelled "Save Target As..." and it will save to
