        It looks like I was a little late to this discussion. But here is my
2 cents for whatever it's worth. I believe you wouldn't have seen these
humidity related problems with next generation epoxies like Somos7100 or
Ciba5410. Though I don't have much experience with Ciba5410, at Plynetics
Express we have been using Somos7100 for more than a year now. We built
anywhere between 7,000 - 10,000 parts or more of various sizes, and shapes
and I can tell you humidity was never an issue. I have parts lying on my
desk for more than six months and so far they didn't exhibit any
growth/warpage/swelling though seasonal humidity variations in our building
could be as wide as 10-80%.
