Dear Mr. Zhang,

You can download the free demo-version of our DeskProto software
this aim. The NC output is limited (being a demo-version), however
conversion from 3DS DXF to STL does work fine.
Note that DeskProto does not guarantee that the resulting STL is a
perfect solid, as this is not needed for CNC milling.
