There are a number of CAD programs that have both DXF inputs and STL
output capabilities. I would be willing to do the conversion for you. I
use formZ which as this cabability.
The biggest challenge will occur not in the formal translation but in
ensuring that the original DXF file is a solid and to a simple surface
model with gaps. If gaps exist in the surface model they will have to be
repaired to create the solid prior to conversion to STL.
