I have never heard of a gas that will do that and would be very
surprized if one existed.

Couple of questions for you:

Do you degass the urethane before pouring?

Are you talking about surface bubbles?

Have you modified your pouring techniques to minimize the problems?

What about looking at different mold releases that may be less likely to
trap air?
