You might look at VALISYS/Analyze by Technomatix located at www.valisys.com.
This software does graphical analysis in multi colors to reflect
in-tolerance, out of tolerance, or reworkable features and tabulates the
results.
Also take a look at Product Development Technologies, Inc. web site on CAV
(computer aided verification) at www.pdt-cav.com/cav2.htm
I was under the impression that they were also selling software but it looks
like they just sell inspection services (reports). It looks like they might
be using a modified? version of Imageware's Surfacer and using reflectance
analysis to display the different deviation regions.
Imageware might be another good source of information at www.iware.com
